At the PRRC’s February 20, 2014 board meeting in Midland, TX, Patrick Dearen submitted his manuscript on the Pecos River to the PRRC. The PRRC and Dearen will now undertake the process of having the manuscript published. Further, the board is in discussions to finalize plans to house the PRRC project with a university, library, or museum.
